IN PAIN, When God is Molding Me

Pain, before, was punishment for me. I have realized that it is beyond that. Pain, now, for me, is just the state we go through when God is up to something. It means that he is molding us and we should just hold on tightly to Him and have faith that when it is over, a nice surprise will meet us.

God of the Sun
Ruler of the Wind
Hear me cry
I am in so much pain

I am dust compared to you
I am unclean, unworthy, unwanted
But, just the same, I come before you

It hurts so much
I want to die
I wish I never existed

But, You, King of the sea
You are the perfect One
Dirty, I may feel to be
I know I am beautiful to You
And You love me

I love You, Captain of our hearts
Here I am
Clean me, heal me
I come to Your throne
Take me, mold me, own me

Like I told you before my beloved sister, your words of wisdom always come in the right moment. I read your email right after my prayers this morning, asking God for His much needed help. Thank you Pam. This is so helpful today for me.

Dearest Pamy, oh how beautiful of you! Can you just imagine how your poem makes God feel? You give me hope. Keep at it girl, for the rest of us!

Pamy, thank you for your new blog. I have a post for you:

Longfellow had a productive life yet filled with challenges, one of them is the death of his beloved.

There is one more poet I want to get to know, it's Robert Frost, and read, 'Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening.'
