I have not felt this kind of warmth outside of a family affair. No wonder it's called a HOMECOMING. REVOLUTIONIZE'86, the St. Scholastica's College High School Batch 1986 turn to host the Alumni Homecoming, finally happened and it was an astounding success. It was a Sunday, February 6, 2011 - everyone looked beautiful, everyone was so warm. No one aged at all and it was as if 25 years have not gone by. It was a time to feel young again or should I say to feel young forever because from this point on, we will be part of the homecoming program every 5 years and that means staying in touch until our knees and all our joints allow us to DANCE. So for those who didn't make it, get geared up in 5 years. See you then!!!
REGISTRATION began at 1:30PM and cameras clicked everywhere. Tell me who did not have a camera then?
Still can recognize all right? Look at Mary Ann Cañete, vavavoom!
It was a surprise to see Lyca, someone who rarely attends gatherings
Marige and Frannie, co-Sports Club members
HOLY MASS started promptly at 3:00PM
With Annie, my best friend
Ernestina, Patty & Marige. Marige still goofing around in the Holy Mass
Beauties and Brains Aggie and Ianna, both medical doctors. Ianna, flew in the night before without any sign of jetlag
Showing the other side of the chapel, where the more seasoned batches are seated. They are as old as Class 1951
After the Holy Mass, sponsors provided snacks for a short gathering before the show. An area in the parking lot and in front of the new St. Cecilia's Hall was built called the Plaza San Marcelino
Please let me have my solo moment
Moments of catching up with each other reaching its peak
With Tina and Miguel and his son with Aimee, Luis. Rocio, their daughter is just beside Luis not captured. I miss you so much Aimee. I can hear your giggles from heaven
With Annie again, Eileen and Baron
and now, the moment, the real moment... THE SHOW...
Chinky&Mayet, the Masters of Ceremony
What are you looking at? This is the MONTAGE, the pose where the Madonna dance starts
FEEVAH!!! (Fever by Madonna)
Boy George and his Karma Chameleon
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Just Got Lucky also played and this is the FINALE part where balloons and confettis dropped
And the dance...
Great show it was, and now the real FUN part, the Dinner PARTEH...
Unreadable but that was the sign post on one of the dinner tables. It says High School Batch 1986
With Bing Leyson-Bitanga, whose rights we used for the Serendra Yoga Room for the dance rehearsals and Myra Castillo, from the power core group of Revolutionize 86
Claudele, Peachy & everyone was just dancing the night away
One of the many other final poses before the night ended, towards more get togethers to come...
This is my account and I know I wasn't really able to capture everything. I do not have a photo of Elaine whom I am so close to and worked so hard for this event.
No matter what, I hope this account satisfies those who weren't able to make it. Again, get geared up in the next 5 years....

The best thing to have is your friends around you having fun. And having something like this blog to go back to.
