DOES IT SHOW?

He looked really dashing with his neat get-up in polo and slacks handing over a basket of fruits as a friendly gesture to welcome a new neighbor.  Karen was thrilled to meet Dave and her family was really touched with the way Dave and his family welcomed them in the neighborhood.  Karen was instantly attracted to Dave.

Dave did not really put any meaning in the way Karen showered him with extra attention.  She even showed him her bedroom.  Karen’s parents were cool about these things because they were the type of family that were open to each other and knew Karen was not the type to do anything promiscuous in her bedroom.  Dave invited Karen to a party nearby and of course she was really in heaven at this point.

So, Karen was going through her closet picking out what to wear and making small, flirty conversation with Dave.  She goes, "So, where is your girlfriend?"  He replied, "I don’t have a girlfriend".  Of course, Karen was all the more encouraged.  She asked again, "What about a former girlfriend?  Is she around this neighborhood?"  Dave answered, "I’ve never had a girlfriend".  With that, Karen thought of teasing him, "Why is that?  I think you’re gay!"  Karen was just trying to be funny.  At that, Dave uttered, "Oh, my god!  Does it show?"
